In 2013 I weighed 285 lbs. and was less than happy with life.  Stressful job; poor nutrition; living alone; and a slew of other poor lifestyle choices led me to deciding I needed to make a change.

Over the next 3 years I was able to lose 60+ lbs. (and keep it off) and gain a new outlook on life!  Though I hit most of my goals by myself, it was the feeling of accomplishment and how happy and energized being fit made me, that pushed me into the direction of wanting to help others reach their fitness, nutrition, and health goals!

After getting certified as a personal trainer in 2018 I began helping people of all age, race, gender, etc. work toward their goals including fat loss; muscle gain; body transformation; pain and stress relief; overall health and wellness.

Knowing how hard life can be when you don’t believe in yourself, or feel confident in your own skin or clothes, I understand where you are and (more importantly) what it takes to step into the version of yourself you KNOW you can be.
